BlueSteam promises to ensure that our infrastructure services that we provide never drops below 99.9% uptime in any given month. If it does, you will be entitled to be credited with one free month of service. This must be claimed within 7 days of our monitoring dropping below this level.
Any planned maintenance work is exempt from this guarantee and will be excluded.
Uptime level is calculated by our internal monitors only.
Downtime occurring due to natural disasters or DDoS attacks against our network does not count towards the SLA calculations.
